Percy’s Place

Perfect for students studying at the University of York and St John’s University, conveniently located between the two and close to both campuses and inside the York city walls. An on-site gym for working out, cinema to catch a film, and a study room for when you want to get your head down. At Hello Student, we like to keep things simple and easy. We want to make your experience as stress-free as possible, so you have more time to relax and unwind. Percy's Place is a lovely accommodation in a great location with everything you need and staff who are always happy to help ! I would recommend to any student here in York. I have been living in Foss studios for more than three years. All staff members here are very welcoming and kind . And I love my comfortable and spacious room . Repairs are done very fast. I moved into Samuel Tuke for my final year at uni and it has been the best experience . I live in a premier loft studio which is hugely spacious and luxurious . The facilities in my room are excellent. The facilities in the property are great, with a gym and cinema. If Percy's Place hasn’t ticked all your boxes, why not check out our other York accommodation? We have a fit for everybody!
